Your details.
Handled thoughtfully.
This page explains what happens to the information you submit through Renova’s kitchen consultation form.
Appointment preview
The current appointment form is a design preview. Details you enter—including your address, preferred time and optional project notes—stay in the page’s temporary memory. They are not submitted, saved as a lead, or sent by SMS. The displayed verification code only demonstrates the final screen; it does not verify a phone number or create an appointment. Reloading the page clears these preview details.
Callback requests
Your name, phone number, project ZIP code, optional email address, and confirmation that Renova may call you about your request. The site also records the submission time and a request reference.
Why we collect it
To respond to your kitchen remodeling inquiry, confirm whether Renova serves your location, and arrange an appointment with a Renova sales specialist. A callback request does not book or confirm an appointment.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in Renova’s website database. Renova’s team and the service providers used to host the site and deliver notifications process these details to handle your request.
Website security
The form uses input checks and short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. This website does not add advertising trackers or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Maps
The service-area section embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives technical information such as your IP address and processes it under Google’s privacy policy. The map shows neighborhoods, not a guaranteed service boundary.
Your choices
Email is optional. If you do not want further follow-up, tell the Renova representative when they contact you. You can also ask the representative to correct or delete the details you provided.
